Susan Lagsdin has learned to love the terrain as she travels frequently between East Wenatchee and her old hometown of Twisp. She’s retired from a long teaching career, and, in her Methow Valley decades, was a theatre director. She currently writes articles for regional publications but finds that poetry, especially when read out loud, is her strongest and most personal mode of expression.
