Isabella Gardner Award for Poetry;\u00a0<em>Surrender of Water in Hidden Places<\/em>, winner of the Red Flag Poetry Chapbook Prize, 2023;\u00a0<em>Blue Hunger,\u00a0<\/em>from Methow Press<em>,\u00a0<\/em>2020<em>,\u00a0<\/em>and<em>\u00a0Elegy with a Glass of Whiskey<\/em>, winner of the A. Poulin New Poetry America Prize from BOA Editions in 2004. \u00a0A Pushcart and Best of the Net nominee, Subhaga is a teaching artist working in schools and libraries with youth and adults, as well as private students.
